Description
Five moving diamonds give this compact Chopard Happy Sport The First its distinctive character. Free to move and spin between two sapphire crystals, they change position with every movement of the watch. Set in white gold, the diamonds weigh a total of 0.15 carats. Against the finely grained, silver-toned dial, their shifting reflections bring the watch’s jewellery character to life.
At 26 mm in diameter, this model presents the Happy Sport design in particularly petite proportions. Both the round case and the pebble bracelet are crafted from Lucent Steel. The rounded bracelet links, resembling small pebbles, extend the soft lines of the case. A stainless steel folding clasp completes the bracelet.
“The First” refers to the collection’s origins. Caroline Scheufele conceived Happy Sport in 1993, bringing steel and diamonds together in a watch with an informal spirit. This version revisits that original design in a compact format.
A quartz movement provides the hours and minutes. The case measures 9.06 mm in thickness and is water-resistant to 30 metres. Clear shapes, small proportions and freely moving diamonds remain the focus, giving the watch a subtly different appearance with every gesture.
