General terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “general conditions”), regulates the online purchase of all products (“hereinafter product(s)”) via the website www.ranzi.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) from client adults, resident in the European Union (EU), natural persons, or if a minor, persons authorized by the legal guardian
(following “called client(s)” or “customer(s)”).  
The customer must read this terms and Conditions, before a purchase order/contract is completed.
The terms and Conditions shall be understood and accepted by the customer.
The terms and Conditions are available on the site for storing and reproducing.  
All contracts concluded with Ranzi KG des Arno Ranzi via the website (as defined below) fall under Italian law.

The seller

The seller is the Ranzi KG of Arno Ranzi (hereinafter referred to as “Ranzi”), a company headquartered in Bolzano, Via Museo 14 / B, South Tyrol, Italy, UID number: IT01188980211

Information about products and their availability

All information on the products, with the accompanying product references, are available on the website.  
All products are subject to availability. Ranzi reserves the right at any time to change the number, brands, types, models, style and colours of the products described on the website.
The unavailability of a product should be only determined after receipt of a purchase order and the corresponding payment, so Ranzi will take all necessary steps, to pull the amount of (the) not available product from the amount paid or to pay back.  
In this case, the customer has the option to cancel the order (of) not available product and request a refund of the amount within fourteen (14) days from the notification or to request a replacement product by emailing customercare@ranzi.com.  
No other products as a substitute for the unavailable are sent without the consent of the customer.

Prices

The prices of all products on www.ranzi.com are specified including Italian VAT (22%), in euro. The indicated prices are the official Italian retail prices of the products.  
The specified prices doesn’t include dhe delivery costs. If there are delivery costs, they are displayed to the customer separately before the order can be completed.
Ranzi reserves the right to change the prices of the products on the site at any time. Any price change doesn’t affect already received or open orders out.
No liability is accepted for wrong prices on our website.

Order of products

The main characteristics and the price of the products are displayed on the Web page.  
Before sending an order (purchase offer) the customer must ensure that he all information (especially these general terms and conditions), which will be made available during the order process, read and understood has, as these are binding after conclusion of the contract.  
To buy a product, the customer must fill out an order request and send them via the website to Ranzi. Customers must put the products in the “wish list” and, after accurate reading and acceptance of the terms and Conditions it or Select the payment option, complete the purchase (by clicking on the “Buy now” button).  
Especially the information about delivery type (and associated costs) and the conditions for cancellation (withdrawal) should be read before completing your order and understood. Questions or ambiguities, the customer should contact the customer service department at customercare@ranzi.com.
Before submitting the order, customers should again check all entered data, mistakes can be changed trough the processes on the site.  
By clicking the “buy now” button on the website (and the associated delivery of ordering to Ranzi), the customer declares to have received information during the checkout process to have understood and understood and accept the terms and Conditions.  
Without prejudice to the use of the data and the required, express consent of the customer, stated in the privacy policy statement, Ranzi stores data of an order request only for the period required by applicable law.

Payments

Only accepted payment option is bank transfer. Should it be impossible to the customer to wire the amount of the purchase order request for any reason or the bank transfer doesn’t arrive on Ranzi’s account, the transaction will be stopped and canceled the sale.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract between the customer and Ranzi applies from the moment as valid when the customer receives an order confirmation by Ranzi. This confirmation will be sent after the payment has been arrived correctly and the availability of the products has been confirmed.  
Ranzi reserves the right to partially fulfill an order, in case not all of the products ordered customers should be available. In that case, only the amount of the satisfied part of the order will be invoiced to the customer.  

Ranzi is not responsible for damages caused by connection problems at the site by the customer.  
Ranzi sends together with the order confirmation a link to these terms and conditions, important information about the purchased products (price and payment method), information the customer to the terms and conditions or Circumstances under which the order may be revoked, the address to which complaints can be sent, send information to the customer service and existing trade conditions. The customer should read this information immediately and inform Ranzi promptly of any errors or omissions.

Delivery

For each order, Ranzi will send an invoice of the products by email or by post to the customer. The invoice is based on the information, which has given to the customer at the time of the order.  Ranzi is assuming the delivery costs for “Standard shipping” from a contract sum of more than EUR 200. Express deliveries are charged separately when needed.
All orders will be by insured Courier (such as Ferrari, DHL, FedEx, TNT Express, etc., , hereinafter “courier” or  “messenger”) delivered between Monday and Friday. Excluded are all local or national holidays. Ranzi is not responsible for consequential, relating to the courier service.  
The products should be shipped out within the delivery date specified in the order confirmation (except Ranzi notifies the customer prior to the expiration of this period of the unavailability of a product. In that case, Ranzi refunds the amount of the relevant product or shows the alternatives to the client.  
Should the customer cancel the order (after a delay of the delivery notification), the amount paid by the customer will be repaid as soon as possible, in any case not later than fourteen (14) days after the cancellation of the order by the customer.  
A customer or a customer representative to be present at the delivery of the order to the specified address. During the acceptance of delivery by the courier, the customer is obliged to check that the quantities of the products supplied correspond with the given number, that the package is intact, undamaged, dry, original sealed and manipulated in any way.
Damage to the packaging or to the products or incorrect quantities must be noted on the documents of the nessenger. Without notes on the couriers documents the customer can’t make  any objections to the exterior of the package in second moment.  
Ranzi does not deliver to P.o. boxes.

Invalid order

Ranzi will complete no contract with justifiable doubt that the customer does not act to the best of my knowledge and belief, the right or trying to abuse the right to cancellation on any other illegal method.  
In these cases, the customer’s order request is not accepted, and has no consequences. Ranzi will inform the customer by E-mail about it, that the requisition was not adopted therefore deletes all claims towards the customer.

Right of revocation and return orders

The customer shall be entitled to withdraw the contract with Ranzi without mentioning a reason by resending the product to Ranzi within 14 (fourteen) days.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer should contact customer service by Ranzi (customercare@ranzi.com) and indicate the products in question, invoice number and if possible the reason for the return.  
To obtain the refund of the full price, the customer needs to return the products unused and undamaged, together with the relevant original invoices and the original packaging. 
Ranzi will accept the return or exchanging of products only on, if they obtain a “return authorization” or “Exchange” sticker, which the customers receives from Ranzi customer service if  the conditions for the revocation have been met fully
Ranzi reserves the right to reject product returns, which doesn’t correspond to the cancellation terms. The provisions of “defective products” (see below) are applied in the case of defective products.  
The customer shall bear the costs of return of products, other additional costs incurred by the customer for the return of the products, are not refundable.  
Ranzi will refund the amount to the customers within fourteen (14) days after receipt of cancellation by the customer.  

It is recommended to return of the products with a value courier. The customer is liable for the product until the arrival in Ranzi in Bolzano (Please choose an insured valuables).
Ranzi can’t accept any compensation or exchange of products, if these have been lost, stolen or damaged when returning. 
IF a customer want change or cancel an already completed order, he must promptly send an E-mail to customercare@ranzi.com.  
After the date of shipment of the goods the order can be blocked the or modified. But, the products can be returned as described in these terms and Conditions. Therefore, a consumer’s statutory rights are not affected.

Replacement of products

Customers who are not completely satisfied, or keep which believe it is an error in the delivery, must all relevant documents of the concerned delivery and the products in question in their original packaging and promptly contact the Ranzi customer service via email at customercare@ranzi.com and follow the relevant procedures (see above).  
The exchanged products must return in their original form to Ranzi.
Should the customer send back a defective product, he will get the replacement product without additional costs.

Defective products

The customer has the right to receive these products without defects and free or to rescind the contract.

Applicable law and Court of jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions and their interpretation are subject to the Italian law.  
Any disputes arising from the interpretation of the validity or execution of these terms and conditions of the respective customer are subject to the mandatory jurisdiction of the Court in which, or Consumer has his domicile or habitual residence.
