delighted to offer our professional assistance with special attention to your specific needs.

Choosing your perfect wedding ring in 4 easy steps:

1) Choice of material

Our premium-grade wedding rings are available in several precious metals:
750/000 rose gold, white or yellow gold, as well as in 950/000
platinum or white gold palladium.

Fancy a ring in rose gold? Rings in this warm hue are currently in vogue.

Or would you prefer white gold? This cooler shade goes perfectly
with diamond insets, such as a solitaire or memoire-type rings.
Wedding rings in white gold are usually coated with a thin layer
of rhodium, exuding a bright sheen.

Yellow gold is the traditional wedding ring colour, and you can’t
go wrong with this classic.

Why is platinum a significant alternative? Amongst the purest
of precious metal alloys, it also has excellent material properties.
Favourably comparing with white gold, platinum has superior
hardness and requires no surface treatment.

How about a white gold-palladium combination?
Compared to silver, palladium has an even brighter patina, and is
more resistant than pure platinum. Its ultra-low melting point
makes this alloy easy to work with.

2) Choice of design

The large range of rings on show at our jewellery shop allows
you to identify your preferred design. Slip a ring onto your
finger, and see if it is as comfortable as it should be.

Whether you prefer matt or a high-gloss surface finish,
designing your ideal wedding ring is no problem for us.

Since we started selling wedding rings many years ago, we also
have extensive experience with matching wedding rings for the
bridegroom, without diamonds. In keeping with changing trends,
a couple or one of the spouses can choose inset black diamonds.

In case your ideal wedding ring doesn’t fall into our wide selection,
please let us know – and we will be able to match your specific
design requirement.

3) Choice of ring size

Before ordering a ring, we carefully check your ring size to
make sure that everything fits 100% on the wedding day.
We also need to know in advance if the ring is worn on the right
or left hand.Much can happen throughout the course of a lifetime,
and wedding rings often need later adaptations to stay
comfortably on your finger. We will gladly adjust our ring to fit
the size of your finger any time.

4) Auswahl  Choice of engravings

An engraving turns your wedding ring into a personalised
item of jewellery.

With our laser-marking machine or hand engraving, we can
etch almost anything onto your ring. We can mark text in over
ten different fonts by laser, or engrave your own signature by hand.

Following tradition, we frequently engrave the first name of the
groom onto the bride's ring and the wedding date, and vice
versa onto the groom’s ring. In addition, we can also engrave

symbols, such as a heart or infinity sign.

Wedding Rings FAQ’s

When should you order your wedding ring?

Im Idealfall 3 Monate vor der Hochzeit, dann kommt kein Stress auf, das Ringmaß passt ganz sicher bTo avoid last-minute anxieties, you should place an order not less than 3 months prior to the scheduled event – thus ensuring that the ring will fit perfectly on your Wedding Day!

What is the difference between a wedding ring and a partner ring?

A partner ring is an expression of love between a couple. Having a similar significance to wedding rings, the only difference is that partner rings can be worn irrespective of whether or not marriage vows have been exchanged.

On which finger do you wear your wedding ring – left or right hand?

Cultural preferences may differ, and the hand on which you’ll wear your wedding ring is mostly up to you. However, it does matter on which hand you’ll choose to wear your ring, due to the differences in the size of fingers which differs between hands – even a millimetre can make a difference!

What level of resilience should your wedding ring have?

Since a wedding ring should last a lifetime, it has to possess a certain thickness. A thinner ring will more easily deform or become damaged than one with a heavier band. Everyday use creates abrasion, and the ring slowly sheds material, becoming lighter over time. So-called ‘wear and tear’ is the result of scratching and friction against microscopic grains of sand, and other environmental agents. A wedding ring band should ideally have a width of no less than 3mm.

White gold or platinum?

Platinum is lighter as compared to white gold, and is colour resistant. As the rhodium surface coating fades over time, white gold rings grow darker taking on a yellowish hue. A white-gold wedding ring can be worn together with gold rings of any type, whereas a platinum wedding ring will only fit next to other platinum rings.

What if your wedding ring becomes scratched after many years of use?

We recommend that now and again you have your ring polished, thus removing surface defects caused by daily wear and tear.
